We advise intermediaries and market operators on the structuring, review and development of investment services and activities, as well as on their distribution of financial and insurance products.

Our services include:

• advice relating to the provision of investment services (investment advice, portfolio management, execution-only services, etc.);
• support in the distribution of financial and insurance products;
• drafting and review of contractual documentation and internal procedures;
• assistance on product governance, inducements, suitability and appropriateness matters;
• organisation of distribution networks and use of digital and remote channels.

We also assist clients in the establishment of investment firms (SIMs) and in obtaining the necessary authorisations for the provision of investment services, advising on all relevant legal and regulatory matters, including ownership and corporate governance structures, assistance to shareholders, corporate bodies and management, submission of authorisation applications and management of relations with supervisory authorities (CONSOB and the Bank of Italy).

Our objective is to ensure that operating models are not only compliant with applicable regulations (MiFID, Italian Consolidated Finance Act, etc.), but also sustainable and efficient over the long term.
